Features

Latex holds resilience and recovers better under repeated compression, so comfort stays consistent over the life of the mattress.
Better pressure distribution. Latex conforms more naturally to the cow, reducing pressure points and encouraging longer lying times.
4 mm top cover can be used for up to 40 stalls in a single run to eliminate seams and prevent bedding from entering underneath.
Non-slip surface combined with superior cushioning improves cow grip for safer movement.

Key Benefits

Premium comfort design helps cows relax and spend more time lying down, promoting higher milk yields in volume and quality.
Provides cows with a clean, fresh and dry stall environment. Mattress softness and cleanliness properties have been proven to significantly reduce the incidence of hock sores.
Extra thick open cell latex foam mat creates a more comfortable resting space for improved milk production.

TESTIMONIALS

What Farmers Are Saying About Us

Animat was quick to come down to our facility to design the plan and determine exactly how many mats we needed. Animat has been great to work with. They answered all my questions going into the project.

Brett Beavers,
Beavers Family Dairy

It is an investment.. But when you consider what your overall investment is in the cattle and their performance, you need to give those cattle very opportunity to perform at their utmost ability. 99

Adam,
M.JM Farms

It's a win-win all the way around. We definitely got our money's worth.

Mike Hershey,
Dairy Manager, Kreider Farms

Working with Brian at Animat made all the difference. Having someone win us every step of the way, from on-time deliveries to addressing any concerns, was essential for the success of this project.

Shawn Albers,
Manager, MVP Dairy

We've been really happy with our choice. Not just with the product, but with the people who have been here to install and support it.

Brad Biehl,
CEO, Corner View Form/Galaxy

Animat's rubber flooring provides the cows with a comfortable surface to walk on in their travel lanes, at their feed bunks, and anywhere they move. While they're on our rotary, they stand on the rubber mats, which offers a soft, supportive surface for them to stand on.

Philip Watts,
Full Circle Dairy

We've been really happy with our success and the continuation of not having toe problems.

David Throwbridge,
Gregory Feedlots
