Selon un article publi\u00e9 par la Western Dairy Management Conference, des chercheurs canadiens ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les effets de la rugosit\u00e9 et de la compressibilit\u00e9 des surfaces de sol sur la locomotion des vaches. Les chercheurs ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 la fr\u00e9quence des l\u00e9sions des onglons des pattes arri\u00e8re et la fr\u00e9quence des boiteries cliniques en se basant sur le score de locomotion et les taux de croissance et d'usure des onglons.
