Nos compos\u00e9s de caoutchouc sont cuits sous haute temp\u00e9rature et pression pour lier solidement les particules de granulat en un tapis homog\u00e8ne et coh\u00e9sif.\nCe processus de cuisson, appel\u00e9 vulcanisation, est reconnu pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des liaisons crois\u00e9es entre les particules, qui demeurent extr\u00eamement r\u00e9sistantes m\u00eame sous de fortes contraintes et sollicitations.\n\nLe granulat de caoutchouc compact\u00e9 et verrouill\u00e9 cr\u00e9e \u00e9galement une barri\u00e8re non poreuse contre l\u2019urine et l\u2019humidit\u00e9 dans l\u2019environnement de l\u2019\u00e9table, \u00e9liminant l\u2019accumulation bact\u00e9rienne et facilitant l\u2019entretien, pour des conditions d\u2019\u00e9table plus propres. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
