\u00abNuestros resultados mostraron que las vacas mantenidas en establos atados con pisos de concreto duro pasan m\u00e1s tiempo al d\u00eda de pie sin alimentarse y tienden a pasar menos tiempo acostadas. El tiempo de alimentaci\u00f3n no se vio afectado. La reducci\u00f3n del tiempo de descanso se debi\u00f3 principalmente a una disminuci\u00f3n de la frecuencia de los per\u00edodos de descanso: la duraci\u00f3n media de los per\u00edodos tanto de descanso como de pie fue en realidad mayor en los pisos de concreto que en los de caucho. Por lo tanto, el efecto principal del piso m\u00e1s blando fue aumentar la disposici\u00f3n de las vacas a cambiar de postura, es decir, a acostarse y levantarse.
